Delauter, SVP/Operations & Technology Manager, Woodsboro Bank J.R. Delauter is the Senior Vice President and Operations & Technology Manager at Woodsboro Bank, with over 25 years of experience. Starting as a teller, he demonstrated commitment and expertise, rising through the ranks to enhance the bank's operational framework. His knowledge in banking and check security has led to improved security protocols and technological advancements, streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience. J.R. is also devoted to Woodsboro and the bank’s history leading various historical preservation and education projects. MJ Hermes, CIC, Senior Vice President, McGriff MJ Hermes is a 26-year veteran at McGriff, specializing in large and complex Property and Casualty Insurance risks. He holds a CIC designation and is licensed broker.
